  • Incorrect Size Shipped: We understand that getting the right size is important. If you receive an item in the wrong size due to our error, we’ll be happy to arrange a return and send you the correct size.
  • Exchanges could be accepted under exceptional circumstances. we cannot ensure this but will try best to help in cases of size issues
  • Items found to be worn, used, or in unsellable condition will be rejected. Tags, if available, must be intact
  • strictly no cash refunds, refund only in the form of store credit under rare circumstances

Return Process

Shipping Costs

We will cover the return shipping costs for orders where we shipped the wrong item or size.

 
Refunds

Once the return is approved, customers are eligible for exchange only, not refunds, but you can choose a different item.
