- Eligibility: Returns are accepted if the customer receives the wrong, damaged, or defective product.
- Unboxing the video necessary to Raise a complaint Against Damaged or Missing Articles.
- We Wont be able to Offer any Assistance if you Don't have a Video to Support Your Claim
- Exchanges Could Be Accepted Under Exceptional Circumstances. We Cannot Ensure This But Will Try Best To Help In Cases Of Size Issues
- Items Found To Be Worn, Used, Or In Unsellable Condition Will Be Rejected. Tags, If Available, Must Be Intact
- Strictly No Cash Refunds, Refund Only In The Form Of Store Credit Under Rare Circumstances
- Timeframe: Customers have a 7-day window from the date of order receipt to initiate a return.
- Initiating a Return: To initiate a return, customers must contact our customer support within the specified timeframe.
